Lloyd Wilkinson

Lloyd Lee Wilkinson, age 90, of Eagle Lake, MN passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems, Mankato.
Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Arnoldt McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory in Janesville. A private family service and burial will be held.
Lloyd was born on November 2, 1925. He lived at Owatonna State School until he was adopted by Vern and Agnes (Block) Wilkinson at age 7. Lloyd married Marjorie "Mugsy" Brinker on August 28, 1947. They had four daughters, Sandy (Norm) Eekhoff of Hermosa, SD; Sharon Wilkinson of Spring Valley, CA; Mary (Jim) Bauer of Eagle Lake, MN; and Patty Pierce of Eagle Lake, MN.
Lloyd was an excellent woodworker, gardener, and homebuilder. He enjoyed camping and fishing with his family. Lloyd and Marge spent their retirement years traveling to and living in Mesa, AZ during winter months. He drove truck for Hubbard Milling for 23 years and farmed his entire life.
Lloyd is survived by seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Trixie.
