Carl J. Voegele Jr.

Carl J. Voegele Jr., age 77, of Faribault, MN, passed away September 30, 2026, at his home following an extended illness.

Carl Joseph, the son of Carl Sr. and Glenice (Ellerbusch) Voegele, was born on January 28, 1949 in Morristown, MN. He attended Faribault High School and graduated with the class of 1967. On January 5, 1968 he was united in marriage to Ethel Milke in Clear Lake, SD. Carl worked as an electrician for over 35 years with Kendrick Electric. Carl enjoyed spending time with his family, and especially time spent camping at LeMieux’s Resort. He also enjoyed hunting, golfing and bowling. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2098 in Faribault.

Carl is survived by his wife, Ethel Voegele of Faribault, MN; by his children, Becky (Patrick) Forster and Jacob Voegele (Jessica Anderson) both of Faribault, MN; by four grandchildren and one great granddaughter; by his sibling, Frederick (Carolyn) Voegele, Kathleen (Richard) Delaske, Helen Voegele and Patricia Voegele, all of Faribault, MN; by his brother-in-law, Lester Miller of Faribault, MN and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Sr. and Glenice Voegele, brother, Richard (Maxine) Voegele and sister, Ann Miller.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Moose Lodge 2098 in Faribault, MN.
