Daria Lynne Petraglia

Daria Lynne Petraglia, age 71, of Faribault, MN, passed away on March 6, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born January 29, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA, Daria lived with a steadfast love of her family and friends. She had a peaceful spirit, compassionate soul and infectious zest for life. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Daria found great joy in supporting the passions and accomplishments of her loved ones.

Daria is survived by her proud and loving husband of 47 years, Timothy, son Nick (Becky) of Columbus, OH, daughter Emily of Chicago, IL, grandchildren Rocco and Athena, brothers Dean, Douglas and Dennis, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Irene Pilarski, brother Donald Pilarski, and her in-laws Tony and Lois Petraglia.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, beginning at 1:30 pm. There will be a brief ceremony in her honor promptly at 2:10 pm. The Celebration will be held on the grounds of the Historic Hutch House (305 2nd St NW, Faribault, MN). In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks everyone to cherish every day and live life to the fullest. Donations can be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or to the American College of Chest Physicians (chestnet.org/donate) in her memory.
