Eddie Feliciano Caraballo

Eddie Feliciano Caraballo, age 67, of Faribault, MN, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 11, 2022, surrounded by his family.

Eddie was born on July 4, 1954, in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico to Ariel Feliciano and Carla Caraballo.  When he was 8 years old, Eddie started working to support his mother and their large family, teaching them the value of hard work.  Eddie married Leyda Velazquez Caraballo on July 5, 1975.  He owned and operated his own bakery for 35 years.  Eddie was a very generous man, loved helping others, especially those who desperately needed help.  With his bakery he often provided food to many who were poor and hungry.  He loved his family and was the life of the party.  After his illness, he was able to live another 11 years, spending valuable time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Leyda; children, Yolandita Colón (Herman), Eddie A. Feliciano (Maria), and Leyda E. Pino (Victor); 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; numerous brothers and sisters, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault, with Pastor Eddie Feliciano, officiating.  Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.  For those unable to attend, the service will be live streamed through a link on Eddie’s obituary page.
