Elaine C. West

Elaine C. West, age 83 of Faribault, MN passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN.

Elaine Carol, the daughter of Leonard and Gertrude (Wohlers) Radtke was born on January 9, 1942 in Faribault, MN. She attended Faribault High School and graduated with the class of 1960. Following high school Elaine attended Cosmetology School in Mankato. Elaine worked for many years at the Faribault Woolen Mills in manufacturing and most recently had been working at Cabela’s in Owatonna. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and special dinners out with family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Brad West of Vacaville, CA, Cheryl (Steve) Piper of Lakeville, MN and Stacie West of Chandler, AZ; by nine grandchildren, Alexis and Morgan West, Jennie Kristoffersen, Nicole West, Emily Ramirez Osorio, Reanna Piper, Brittany Kouandjio, Tatum and Braxton Thomas; by three great grandchildren, Brynlee Kristoffersen, Roman and Eli Kouandjio; by the mother of Alexis and Morgan, Deb West; by her sister, Arlene Dahl; by sisters-in-law, Kathy West and Marilyn Radtke; by special friend Mary Morrissey and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Todd West, siblings, Marlys Wegner, Marcella Brendemuehl and LaVern Radtke and by brother-in-law, Earl West.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault.
