Jennifer E. "Jen" Zabinski

Jennifer E. “Jen” Zabinski, age 35 of Faribault, MN passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026 surrounded by her family following an extended illness.

Jennifer Ellen, the daughter of Gordon Adams and Michelle Teske was born on March 9, 1991 in Austin, MN. She attended Faribault Senior High School and graduated with the class of 2009. Jen worked at different businesses in Faribault including Faribault Harley Davidson, bartending at the American Legion and most recently in the Book Store at Shattuck-St. Mary’s School. For the past 16 years she shared her life with her best friend and love of her life, Chase Zabinski and they were married on October 5, 2024. Health issues were challenging for Jen over the past few years but that didn’t stop her from enjoying life. Jen would always help others even when she was sick. She loved to travel and go on vacations. She and Chase made many trips to Duluth and other places over the years. She enjoyed hanging out with family and friends, journaling, photography, quoting movie lines and shopping for trinkets and Knick Knacks. She had a big heart for her nieces, nephews and loved cuddling and spending time with their dog, Kelso.

She is survived by her husband, Chase Zabinski of Faribault, MN; by her parents, Michelle (Jeff) Teske of Faribault, MN and Gordon Adams of Faribault, MN; by her siblings, Jordan Adams and Alexis Ferris of Faribault, MN, Erin Adams and Devin Walker and son, Malakai of Northfield, MN, Justin Adams of Faribault, MN, Allyson Adams and Isaac Nieves and daughter, Aurora of Faribault, MN and Nathan Adams of Nashville, TN; by maternal grandparents, Gordon and Linda Peterson of Glenville, MN; by father and mother-in-law, Troy and Stephanie Zabinski of Faribault, MN; by sisters-in-law, Allison Zabinski and daughter, Isabella of Faribault, MN and Brianne Zabinski and son Tucker of Faribault, MN and by other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Oscar and Nora Adams.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault with Fr. Henry Doyle officiating.

Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday morning for one hour prior to services.
