Michael J. Sheady

Michael J. Sheady, age 76, of Faribault, MN, passed away unexpectedly on November 16, 2024.

Michael James was born on October 17, 1948, in Faribault, the son of James and Marjorie (Zabel) Sheady. He graduated from Bethlehem Academy High School with the class of 1966, and Mankato State University in 1972. Mike worked as a social worker for 40 years, mostly at the Faribault Regional Center. He enjoyed playing softball in the Faribault City Softball league for many years. Most of all, Mike was an avid supporter of local high school sports teams, attending countless games over the years. He was very social and always enjoyed visiting with people.

He is survived by his brother, Dan Sheady (Susan Meyers); nieces, nephew, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Marjorie.
