Richard F. Fox.

Richard F. Fox, age 87, of Faribault, MN, passed away February 29, 2024, at the Three Links Care Center in Northfield.

Richard Francis was born on June 15, 1936, in Crosby, MN, the son of Francis and Mildred (Gustafson) Fox. He served three years in the U.S. Army, mostly in Germany.  Richard was married to Lois Witter on March 9, 1968, in Faribault.   Richard farmed for 15 years and worked for McQuay’s in Faribault for 32 years.  He enjoyed going to the casino with Lois, watching western movies, and listening to Johnny Cash.

He is survived his sons, Carl Fox (fiancé, Connie Plank) and Ken Fox; grandson, Trent Fox; step-grandson, Jeremy Plank; great grandson, Silas Fox; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois; and parents, Francis and Mildred.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault, with military honors provided by the Rice County Central Veterans Association.
