Robert "Bobby" Judd

Robert “Bobby” Judd, age 54, of Owatonna, MN, passed away May 27, 2025, at the Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, following an illness.

Robert John, the son of Stephen Jr. and Judith (Murphy) Judd, was born on August 14, 1970, in Faribault, MN. He attended Morristown Elementary and Junior High, then Faribault High School. After moving from the family home, he lived in Faribault (Cenneidigh Homes), Morristown (Our Homes South), and most recently Owatonna (Kaplan Woods Care Home). Bobby attended Rice County Activity Center and Owatonna Community Resources. Bobby enjoyed watching movies and TV and listening to music. His favorite activities included bowling, fishing, and going to the movies. Most of all, Bobby loved being around people, observing them and everything around him.

He is survived by his father, Stephen Judd Jr.; siblings, Brian Judd, Carrie Roemhildt (Travis), and Thomas Judd (Ellen); nephews, Austin Roemhildt, Alex Roemhildt, and Sawyer Maas Judd; nieces, Ava Judd, Adalyn Judd, Eila Judd, and Tess Judd; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith “Judy” Judd.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault, with Bernadette Tatge, officiating. Interment will be at the Calvary Cemetery in Faribault.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
