Sheri L. Stenbakken

Sheri L. Stenbakken, age 47 of Kenyon, MN passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN following a sudden illness. 

Sheri Lynn, the daughter of William and Vickie (Grundman) Bultman was born on May 20, 1976 in Faribault.  She graduated from Faribault Senior High School and later was working on her college degree.  On April 1, 2006 she was united in marriage to David Stenbakken in Faribault.  Sheri worked for over 17 years as a Corrections Officer at the Faribault Department of Corrections. Through her work she was part of the honor guard with the Faribault Department of Corrections.  She enjoyed hunting, fishing, baking, playing cards and spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her husband David Stenbakken; by her daughter, Madison Stenbakken (Kaden Kreisler); by her siblings, Bonnie (Jeff) Schmidtke, JoAnn Little, William (Jay) Bultman, Samantha (Max) Kline, Melissa (Troy) Greenslade and Natasha (Ryan) Brunner and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date and will be announced.
