Stanley "Eric" Undem

Eric was born in Buffalo, New York. He was the first child of Stanley and Rosella Undem. Eric has lived in Minnesota since he was about 4 years old. Growing up, he loved working with electronics (tv’s, radios, record players, computers much later). He spent the last of his working years driving a taxi cab. Driving around and coming up with crazy short cuts with old time rock and roll on the radio was one of his favorite things. Once, one of those short cuts just somehow happened to be through the runway at Flying Cloud Airport.

Eric is survived by one son, Chad Undem Minneapolis, Mn., his brother, Sven Undem Spooner, Wi., sisters, Olga (Jerry) Conant Lincoln, Ne. and Julie (Ross) Hella Deerwood, Mn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Rosella, and his partner of 35 years Rose Hammer.

A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
