Theresa L. Draeger

Theresa L. “Terry” Draeger, age 75, of Kasson, MN, passed away August 7, 2023, at her home.

Theresa Louise was born on January 6, 1948, in Minneapolis, MN, to John “Jack” and Margaret (Nelson) Keiffer.  She graduated from Hopkins High School with the class of 1966.  Terry was married to Frank Draeger on December 28, 1973, in Watertown, SD.  For 18 years she was the manager of the Windsor Court Mobile Home Park.  Terry loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandson and great grandson.  She enjoyed the peacefulness of nature, watching and feeding birds, caring for her flowers, and going to a cabin to view the lake.

She is survived by her daughter, Staci Welch; grandson, Ryan Welch; great grandson, Landyn Welch; stepmother, Donna Keiffer; brothers, Mike Keiffer (Beth), and John Keiffer (Jeannie); and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank on March 31, 2023; parents, Jack and Margaret; brother, Scott Keiffer; sister, Cathy Kleven (Denny); daughter, Shari Draeger; and son-in-law, Dennis Welch.

A celebration of life for Terry will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Terry’s home, 294 Sunrise Ave., Kasson, MN.  Interment will be at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault at a later date.
