William Honken

William D. “Billy” Honken, age 55 of Faribault, MN passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the Three Links Care Center in Northfield, MN following an extended illness.

Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., in Faribault from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

William Donald, the son of William and Patricia (Weatherhead) Honken, was born on April 10, 1963 in Faribault.  He attended school in Faribault.  Billy’s career was as a local and over the road truck driver working for different companies.  He loved driving and going for cruises on country roads.  He enjoyed working with his Dad and brother on the farm, visiting with his nieces and family and especially watching the Vikings.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Honken and her sons, Andy and Ben Ehrich; by his brothers, Mark (Jennifer) Honken of Morristown, MN and Dan (Erin) Honken of Faribault, MN; by his uncle and friend, Jim (Susan) Weatherhead of Centerville, MN and by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pat.
