Susanne "Susie" Petricka

Susanne “Susie” Petricka, age 66, of Faribault, MN, passed away on January 15, 2021 at the Inisfail Donegal Home in Faribault.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home with Bernadette Tatge, Pastoral Minister at Divine Mercy Catholic Church officiating. Interment will be held at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Faribault. The service will be live-streamed through a link found on Susie’s obituary page.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.

Susie was born on August 29, 1954 at St. Lucas Deaconess Hospital in Faribault to Anton and Marcella (Turek) Petricka. She enjoyed her baby dolls, stuffed animals and coloring. Susie loved sitting and talking with all the staff members at the Donegal home.  She attended the Rice County Day Activity Center. Susie was loved by many people and had many friends.

Susie is survived by her siblings, LaVonne (Hank) Speak of Hot Springs Village, AR and Tony Petricka of Owatonna; brothers in law, Orville Bauer of Faribault and Mark (Rose) Noble of West Concord; special friend, Eddie; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Marion Bauer and Barb Noble.

The family would like to thank Vicki Kanzenbach and the staff of Donegal, as well as the staff of Allina Hospice of Owatonna for their loving care of Susie. A special thank you to Carmen Breyer for her dedicated care of Susie.

Susie will be truly missed by many.
